ECO Report is led by Robert Sham, a Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAPASA No. 2025/19847). Under NEMA, a registered EAP must lead all Basic Assessment and EIA processes, we meet that requirement and manage the full authorisation process end to end.
